A journal with articles about Religion, Ethics, Pedagogy, Philology, Archaeology, History, Physics, Mathematics, Plutology, Agriculture, Linguistics. Also, short stories, novels, poems, community news, speeches, jokes, riddles, etc. It was published weekly with the permission of the Department of Education. The journal had a variety of subjects. They paid special attention to the position and education of middle-class women, to natural sciences and the ancient Greek past. We are not sure about the duration of the publishing other than 2 years (1885, 1886).
This first issue was published at the end of 1884.
