Notes: Chronos was an almanac/yearbook of the political, philological and commercial newspaper Neologos. It contained information about annual celebrations, sun eclipses, the rising and setting of the sun, and the measuring system of many countries. It also lists the managerial personnel of the Ottoman empire in Constantinople and abroad, banks, post offices, boat companies, telegraphs, schools, clubs, hospitals and orphanages in Constantinople. Articles about education, history, astronomy, pedagogy as well as short stories and poems are also included.
